About Us
KIPP Massachusetts began its journey in 2004 and currently operates two charter districts. Our first district, KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School, is located in Lynn, MA, while our second district, KIPP Academy Boston Charter School, is situated in Mattapan, MA. Each district encompasses multiple campuses catering to various grade levels.
In Lynn, we serve students from K-12 across KIPP Academy Lynn Elementary, KIPP Academy Lynn Middle, and KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate. In Boston, KIPP Academy Boston Elementary and KIPP Academy Boston serve grades K-8. Our student population in Lynn is predominantly Hispanic (66%), followed by African American (23%) and other races/ethnicities (11%). In Boston, 68% of our students are African American, 30% are Hispanic, and 2% belong to other races/ethnicities.
In the current academic year, KIPP Massachusetts will support over 2,100 students.
KIPP National
KIPP Massachusetts collaborates with the KIPP Foundation, a national network of college-preparatory public charter schools serving students from elementary through high school. KIPP National has a proven track record of over 25 years in preparing students from underserved communities for success in college and life.
There are 242 KIPP schools across 20 states and the District of Columbia, educating over 100,000 students on their journey to and through college and careers. We believe that providing excellent academic environments, empowering teachers, emphasizing character development, and offering college support are vital for student success.

Lead Teacher Role

Classroom Duties

What We Provide
The starting base salary for this exempt position is $55,000, depending on experience, with additional compensation for advanced degrees and a signing bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision plans, flexible PTO, life insurance, and various support services. KIPP Massachusetts may also provide relocation assistance for this role.
