Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist the art instructor in coordinating the Corbin Art Center's After School Art Program in local schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement program and building safety policies and procedures.
  • Attend instructor training and orientation sessions.
  • Provide information to the public about the Corbin Center Programs.
  • Assess art supply needs and maintain supply storage areas.
  • Work with the instructor to develop lesson plans, assist with classes, and prepare art projects.
  • Clean as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school or GED graduate.
  • Ability to lift and carry folding tables and chairs.
  • Some experience working with children in a learning environment.
  • Ability to provide own transportation or bus to school location (free bus pass provided).
