Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team at Golden Youth Services. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs to support individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs to support individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Coordinate and oversee program activities, including monitoring program outcomes and making necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining program documentation and records.
  • Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and case workers.
Qualifications
  • A master's degree from an accredited college or university, or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience and consultation with a person with a master's degree.
  • Four years' full-time work experience directly working with, managing, or overseeing vulnerable populations in a related field, with consultation with a person with a master's degree.

Candidates should have proven experience in program development, management, and supervision, as well as strong administrative skills, including great record keeping. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse groups of people are essential.
