The Federal Human Resources Representative will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services, including benefits counseling, employee support, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide benefits counseling and support to federal government employees
  • Answer and route incoming calls to the Benefits Service Center
  • Perform records requests to various agencies and organizations
  • Support the preparation and completion of retirement packages
  • Enter cases into ticket tracking systems
  • Support personnel actions processing
  • Assist the Benefits Team Manager with duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Additional experience and/or education in the human resources field is desirable but not required
  • Reliable and dependable individual with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Exemplary communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records
  • Ability to learn computer software programs and enter and maintain accurate data and statistical information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
