About the Role:

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative - Financial Services Specialist to join our team at First Security Bank Bozeman. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, handling a wide range of financial transactions, and promoting our bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to all internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Process customer deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and sell cashier checks, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Accurately handle all aspects of customer transactions, including DDA and savings account transactions, cash handling/balancing, and redemption of savings bonds.
  • Promote the bank's services and cross-sell bank products to customers, identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Actively participate in the High Performance Growth (HPG) program, including Branch HPG displays, Big Days, and Tell a Friend program.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Experience accurately handling and balancing cash transactions, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and present solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exercising sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.

  • Competitive salary, with an estimated range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, working in a climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise level. The ideal candidate will be able to sit for extended periods, use hands in repetitive motions to finger, grasp, handle or feel, and talk or hear. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting or reaching with hands and arms may be required.
