Clinical Laboratory Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Millenniumsoft. As a Clinical Laboratory Specialist, you will play a critical role in the design, evaluation, and execution of clinical laboratory studies and complaint testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinical laboratory studies and complaint testing through various clinical testing methods.
  • Develop and implement new testing methodologies in collaboration with R&D.
  • Conduct clinical software validations (CSV) and instrument verification per CLSI guidelines.
  • Assist with updates and preparation of procedures and instrument performance documentation in compliance with GLP and GCP.
  • Provide input to and conduct scientific investigations in areas of considerable scope and complexity.
  • Train new associates on laboratory workflow and procedures.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA/MA in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology, Biology Life Sciences, or a health-related field.
  • MT/CLS (ASCP) or equivalent experience in a research environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical laboratory science or clinical research, product investigations, troubleshooting abnormal laboratory results, and product development with clinical trials' experience desired.
