Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Certifications:
Preferred certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP).

Skills:

- Proficient in technical skills relevant to the discipline.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently while promoting a team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements
- Occasionally required to bend, twist, squat, kneel, and climb.
