Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Vivid Mortgages Inc. in Queens Village, NY.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to clients and colleagues alike.
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing a high volume of calls, emails, and in-person interactions, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and visitors
- Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance at all times
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
