About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Clinical Management Consultants. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical guidance and support to our Oncology unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Provide consultation and education to healthcare providers, patients, and families on Oncology-related topics.
  • Collaborate with the Nurse Manager and Director to develop and implement unit-based initiatives and projects.
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and families to promote effective communication and care coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Clinical Nurse Specialist certification in the state of California.
  • Strong clinical expertise in Oncology, with a focus on patient care and quality improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
