Business Development Manager

Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you'll handle estimates, manage projects, and ensure client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets and maintaining profitability.
This role involves both in-person and virtual interactions with clients, managing subcontractors, and overseeing project schedules and budgets.Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads leveraging referrals, networking, D2D, online platforms, etc
Estimate and sell residential and commercial paint jobs
Recruit, manage, and coordinate subcontractors
Provide in-person and virtual estimates
Manage projects, meet client needs, stay on schedule, and are within budget
Upsell additional services and generate project schedules
Address and resolve any project issues promptly
Promote That 1 Painter and build strategic relationships
Utilize company sales tools and maintain high customer satisfaction
Collaborate on budgeting and financial tracking with the Owner
Qualifications:
Proven sales ability and exceptional customer service skills
Must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Self-motivated, independent worker, able to multitask
Coachable and willing to follow established systems
Track record of successful lead generation and building strategic relationships
Superior follow-up skills and ability to close sales
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficient in CRM software or other sales tools
Clean driving record and ability to travel within the territory
Prior home services sales experience strongly preferred
Bilingual a plus
Reside in East Valley (preferable) or Scottsdale
Additional Information:
Full-time, Monday-Friday (Saturday if needed)
PTO, Holiday Pay, Company Truck Provided
Compensation:
$70,000 to $110,000 (draw + commission), Benefits
