About the Role:

The Traveling Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time. This will involve coordinating with various parties involved in the project, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time
  • Coordinate with various parties involved in the project, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with the team to develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven working experience in Construction Management or a related field
  • Familiarity with construction management software packages and overall strong computer skills
  • Scheduling experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Projects is a plus
  • Strong personal commitment and drive for long-term success
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
