Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including Submittal and Operation & Maintenance manuals.
  • Manage and organize project-related emails and attachments in a shared inbox.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and customers.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation.
