Job Description

As a Team Lead and Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing leadership and guidance to store employees
  2. Maintaining a clean and safe store environment
  3. Implementing merchandising and marketing programs
  4. Cash handling and fuel transactions
  5. Promoting the Speedy Rewards loyalty program
  6. Conducting area pricing surveys
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license from the state of residence
  • The ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
  • The willingness to learn and grow with our company
Location

This position is located in an in-person setting. You will be required to work regular 8-hour shifts and may be required to work occasional overtime.
