As an After School Program Leader with THPRD, you will be part of a team that strives to create a fun and inclusive environment where children can develop their talents and build lasting relationships with peers and instructors.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.60 - $23.08 per hour, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement engaging learning curriculums and activities.

**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement assigned learning curriculums, recreation programs, classes, or activities
* Work independently within established guidelines to develop, coordinate, supervise, and instruct daily activities in the assigned program area
* Provide lead direction to assigned part-time staff
* Coordinate, instruct, supervise, and lead learning and enrichment activities
* Create an inclusive and satisfying program/class atmosphere for all participants
* Ensure the safety of program participants and provide basic first aid if necessary

**Requirements:**
* Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Experience working with children and developing engaging learning curriculums and activities
