Job Title: Customer Success Representative

At Houston Consumer Connect, we're seeking a talented and driven Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our clients and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest level, and develop tailored sales presentations to address specific customer concerns.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our clients' products or services, and provide accurate and persuasive information to alleviate concerns and encourage a positive response.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' offerings to drive sales initiatives and submit regular reports to the sales manager detailing progress and results.
  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques, and conduct all interactions in a respectful and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
  • Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and objections, with basic math skills for pricing and calculations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with physical stamina for walking and standing for extended periods.
