About the Role
Tiger Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to join our team in the New York office. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining office systems, updating manuals, and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all vendors used by the NY office.
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems, updating manuals, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Craft correspondence and design filing systems to ensure efficient and organized record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and managing inventory of office assets.
- Implement and follow office policies, including sustainability initiatives, to reduce corporate costs and minimize environmental impact.
- Track and analyze expenditures, schedule future expenses, and identify variances from budget to achieve financial objectives.
- Manage data collection to update metrics, track carbon emissions, and eliminate errors.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure smooth office rotation, staff holidays, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a creative field, such as architecture, fashion, or marketing.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong numerical skills, financial acumen, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and general technical skills, including troubleshooting and working with the IT manager to resolve IT issues.
- Familiarity with Mac OS and Gmail.
