Hospital Access Control Specialist

At IASIS Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Greeter. This role is responsible for maintaining access control while greeting, screening, and assisting patients, guests, and visitors at hospital entry points.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain access control and ensure the security of hospital entry points
- Greet and screen patients, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist patients, guests, and visitors with navigation and wayfinding within the hospital
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient and visitor inquiries
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Technical, clerical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Other certification requirements as defined by the certification policy
