Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary:

Lonestar Electric Industrial Supply is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance inventory control and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly works in a warehouse environment with moderate physical demands.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
