Job Overview

Control Risks is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to support our client with vendor intake and onboarding. This role will collaborate with a global team to provide compliance, quality assurance, and contract management to the client's vendor procurement team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Business, S2P Contracts, Sourcing, and Legal Teams to review drafted contracts.
  • Ensure all required backup documents are in place and amounts match.
  • Route and submit contract records for approvals and signatures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor information within the procurement system.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience within the tech industry preferred.
  • Strong contract management skills, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
  • Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
