We're seeking a seasoned Technical Manager to oversee the daily operations of our desktop support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues for end-users in the Frisco/McKinney/Plano/Lake Pointe areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of desktop support technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement IT support policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance system reliability and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and healthcare departments to support critical healthcare applications, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and maintain a secure, confidential IT environment.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and help desk metrics, driving continuous improvement in support services.
  • Lead initiatives to update and maintain hardware and software infrastructure, with an emphasis on healthcare technology and user accessibility.
  • Provide escalation support for complex technical issues, ensuring swift resolution in line with healthcare facility needs.
