Job Summary:
Reynolds Community College is seeking a highly skilled Financial Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and assistance to our students, faculty, and staff.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, with experience in financial aid reconciliation, bank reconciliations, and filing out-of-state taxes. You will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle large amounts of data and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Aid ReconciliationOnline filing of all out-of-state taxes and filing paperwork in the officeCompletion of monthly bank reconciliations in QuickBooks and filing of paperwork in the officeAssist with AIS Cardinal ReconciliationOther duties as assignedRequirements:

Basic knowledge of accounting principlesMedium level knowledge and experience of MS Excel, MS Word, QuickBooks, Outlook, and EmailsAbility to handle large amounts of data and ability to communicate effectivelyPreferred Qualifications:

Current experience with primary job objectives (Financial Aid Reconciliation, Bank Recons, and filing out-of-state taxes).
