Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team at Wakegov. As a key member of our Customer Support Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide program and service information, and manage difficult or emotional situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Case Management: Access and update online case management and document management systems to interpret and deliver benefit information accurately to clients, and to verify the status of case information while focusing on solving customer problems.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist clients with questions and changes regarding their benefits and case status, and go above and beyond established standards to provide excellent customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with program and service changes, and contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Six months of job-related experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in operating a standard desktop and Windows-based computer system.
