Customer Experience Ambassador

Victra Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to Guest Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
- Research and Resolve Escalations: Research and resolve guest escalations using a first contact resolution discipline, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Track Guest Feedback: Track guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing the guest experience.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to minimize guest escalations and ensure that all teams are aligned in their efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Present Guest Experience Data: Create presentations with captured guest experience data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and to provide recommendations for enhancing the guest experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service setting is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
