Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Safety Officer to join our Property Services team. As a Public Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our properties, providing excellent customer service to our guests, residents, and visitors, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol properties to ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper visibility, and contract obligations.
  • Provide guidance to fellow employees on safety practices and procedures.
  • Keep accurate records and file reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the health and safety of fellow team members and the community.
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
  • Access to a working phone and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
