About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining new client accounts within the shipping and logistics industry.

Your primary focus will be on developing relationships with customers to grow revenue and hit key performance indicators (KPIs). You will take action on sales leads to continue building out a healthy book of business and serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, helping to resolve account issues as they arise.

To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the shipping/logistics industry, proven sales experience, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and previous experience building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
