About the Role:

This Sales Growth Specialist role involves joining a team that has driven significant growth in the last 3 years. You will be supported to acquire in-depth knowledge of prospects and generate qualified pipelines through research, cold calling, and personalized emailing.

  • Develop expertise on target accounts, identifying pain points and creating interest in CaptivateIQ's platform
  • Represent CaptivateIQ as a subject matter expert, clearly articulating our value proposition and differentiators

We are seeking ambitious, disciplined, and competitive individuals with strong academic performance and leadership skills. Past experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of work experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Anticipated completion of Bachelor's degree in December 2024 or May 2025
  • Ability to work at CaptivateIQ's office in Austin, Texas

This is a hybrid expectation role with 3 days a week in our downtown Austin office. The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 per year, taking into account market conditions and the candidate's job-related skills.
