As one of the leading Behavioral Health Hospitals, Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Springfield specializes in delivering inpatient psychiatric treatment for adolescents and youth. Our facilities across the southeastern region offer both residential and outpatient services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for all new admissions.
- Deliver individualized nursing care as prescribed by the physician.
- Oversee the management of the therapeutic environment.
- Actively participate as a member of the multidisciplinary team, contributing to patient treatment planning.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic atmosphere for all patients.

Qualifications:
- Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program; current and unrestricted RN licensure in the State of Louisiana is required.
- Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a hospital setting, with a preference for psychiatric experience.
- Additional Requirements: Successful completion of CPR and Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within the first month of employment.
- Schedule: We are looking for Full-Time Day Shift, Full-Time Night Shift, and PRN candidates for both shifts.
