Job Title: Registered Nurse

At the Center for Human Development, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing quality assurance for our medication administration program (MAP) and supporting certified staff in medication management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for monitoring and implementing clinical/medical protocols as needed, ensuring staff have the necessary training to support clients' clinical and medical complexities.

This is a salaried position with a competitive annual salary of $80,000, open to reasonable negotiations based on experience. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing quality assurance for the medication administration program (MAP)
  • Support certified staff in medication management
  • Act as a clinical support for Licensed Practical Nurses in the division
  • Monitor and implement clinical/medical protocols as needed
  • Ensure staff have necessary training on supporting clients' clinical and medical complexities

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pediatric experience
  • Knowledge of the medication administration program (MAP)
