International Business Development Manager

ISG International Service Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to establish and grow our HR services business in France. As a Franchise Partner, you will lead the development and growth of our operations in the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the franchise, ensuring compliance with company standards and French regulations.
- Drive sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of recruitment consultants and support staff as needed.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility in France.
- Manage the franchise's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
- Regularly report on performance metrics, market trends, and growth opportunities to the company's head office.
