About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Director to lead our senior living community. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall success and growth of our community, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our community, ensuring that our mission and values are upheld.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of our community, ensuring that we meet our budgetary targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that our community operates with the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness, meeting the needs of our residents and their families.
  • Customer Focus: Foster a culture of customer-centricity, ensuring that our residents and their families receive exceptional care and services.
  • Team Development: Lead and develop our team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care and services.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our community complies with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or social work.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in senior living or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
  • Certifications: Administrator's License or certification, as required by state or provincial regulations.
