We're seeking a seasoned executive to lead our technical delivery efforts as a Vice President, Group Director, Technical Delivery Lead. In this role, you will oversee a cross-functional team and be responsible for building, delivering, and scaling Digitas Health's technical offerings to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive leadership across client engagements, setting processes and best practices.
  • Ensure the overall health and client satisfaction of multiple client engagements.
  • Explain agency views on digital business philosophies and keep clients updated on the latest technologies.
  • Lead a team of VPs, Technology Directors, and Managers, and maintain relationships with client IT or Technology teams.
  • Develop relationships with client marketing, customer experience, and promotional review teams.
  • Grow current client engagements and lead technology involvement in new business efforts.
  • Provide leadership and guide the implementation and activation of MarTech platforms.
  • Consult on project estimation and scope documents.
  • Manage financial accountability for technology scopes.
  • Forecast and maintain right-sized technology staffing across multiple engagements and projects.
  • Remove impediments from daily projects and organizational progress.
  • Promote cross-capability team adherence to the SDLC process.
  • Provide executive approval for technical requirements, production deployments, and policy documents.
  • Collaborate with digital strategists, business analysts, product owners, and project managers.
  • Stay current on the latest marketing technologies, best-practices, and trends.
