About the Role:
- This leadership position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and other team members who care for our guests.
- You will be responsible for assessing the health needs of our guests, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Your expertise in communication, coaching, and mentoring will be essential in building a strong and effective team that prioritizes guest-centered care.
