Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee admission and discharge processes to optimize efficiency and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with the management team to assess and improve the quality of patient care services.
  • Support a culture of teamwork and open communication to drive improved outcomes and service excellence.
  • Engage in service recovery when necessary and promote a patient-first philosophy.
  • Operationalize current nursing strategies, including employee rounding and hourly rounds, to enhance staff engagement and job satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license and diploma from an accredited program.
