Key Responsibilities:

The Logistics Operations Supervisor will:
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling and dispatching of drivers and vehicles to ensure efficient transportation of passengers.
  • Collaborate with the transportation service supervisor to maintain timely vehicle upkeep.
  • Supervise transportation driver personnel and assist the Transportation Manager in performance evaluations and corrective actions.
  • Work with the transportation manager to enhance operational software and procedures.
  • Oversee dispatching activities, ensuring effective routing and tracking of transportation vehicles.
  • Review and manage schedules, staff assignments, and routes.
  • Engage with customers and the Transportation Manager to address inquiries and service requests.
  • Ensure accurate Monthly Billing Reports are submitted to Finance punctually.
  • Safely operate vehicles and transport passengers as necessary.
  • Participate in organizational committees as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • A passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their personal growth.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license with a driving record that meets organizational standards; a CDL is advantageous.
