Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and Control Efficiency: Ensure the Sheeter line operates at optimal levels, preventing dough mixes from exceeding capacity.
- Dough Reuse and Verification: Implement the reuse of waste dough from the Sheeter Line, adhering to specified percentages.
- Batch Time and Dough Acceptance: Verify floor batch time to ensure dough is suitable for forming units.
- Dough Texture and Temperature: Verify the texture and temperature of dough to guarantee product units develop as expected.
- Process Line Control: Set and verify process line control parameters to meet specifications.
- Control Monitoring: Continuously monitor controls to ensure product meets specifications.
- Flour Duster Maintenance: Ensure flour dusters are filled at all times.
- Unit Production: Verify targeted units per proofer plates meet target specifications.
- Workstation Organization: Maintain organized and safe workstations.
- GMP Compliance: Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to by employees.
- Communication: Continuously communicate with supervisors on dough conditions and quantity.
- Weight Verification: Continuously weigh units to ensure product meets weight specifications.
- Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: At least 6 months as an Ingredient operator or related experience.
- Process Control: Ability to understand and operate mixing process controls and make adjustments when necessary.
- Dough Mixing: Basic knowledge of dough mixing and operating mixing equipment.
- Lifting and Dumping: Ability to lift and dump up to 50 pounds.
- Language: Bilingual English and Spanish.
