Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Verkada's products and their value proposition
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proposals, and closing deals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Exceed sales targets through aggressive outbound efforts, including phone calls, emails, demos, and trials
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Channel Partners and Technical Support, to ensure smooth launches and drive product growth
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying capacity
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Compensation

At Verkada, we offer a competitive salary range of $115,000-$170,000 USD, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
