Diesel Fleet Technician

We're seeking skilled Diesel Mechanics to be the backbone of our fleet. As a Diesel Fleet Technician at Swift Transportation, you'll enjoy continual opportunities for growth and career advancement in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Complete quality preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on all company-owned equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment to appropriate specifications (OEM, DOT, etc.)
- Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor and/or complex repairs for all equipment
We offer competitive pay, with an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching, our team members also enjoy opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and shop tuition reimbursement.
A high school diploma or combination of training and/or experience is required. Prior knowledge of vehicle systems and basic vehicle maintenance is preferred. Demonstrated/proven superior customer service skills and ability to use various diagnostic software are also essential.
