We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Phoenix, Las Vegas, or Denver, responsible for managing job openings for our Home Care team in these territories and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to find and attract candidates interested in employment, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Maintain job boards and recommend new avenues for job postings.
  • Promptly respond to all applicants and screen them for employment in accordance with EEOC guidelines.
  • Track applicants through our ATS to ensure that pre-screened candidates are processed, interviewed, oriented, and placed on schedules.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Assist with all credentialing and onboarding activities as needed.
  • Recommend social media strategy and utilize social media for position posting and networking to fill positions.
  • Comply with all state and federal laws regarding employment.
  • Partner with local colleges or trade schools to promote NurseCore's career opportunities.
  • Maintain industry and local community knowledge.
  • Track key metrics, such as time of response, applicant conversion rate, job post performance, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related degree preferred.
  • Some college coursework or equivalent years of experience required.
  • One or more years of experience in a recruitment environment, including college internals.
