**Job Title:** Production Specialist/Broadcast Specialist

**Location:** Hybrid

**Duration:** 6+ Months

**Pay Rate:** up to $25/hr. on W2

**Job Description:**

The eTeam Experiences & Production team is responsible for creating world-class gaming events and broadcasts. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Production Specialist. In this position, you will play a vital role in operating various creative initiatives, including producing live broadcasted events, where you will support the execution of gaming tournaments, contests, community game nights, promotional content, and more.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, prepare, and execute client's creative initiatives, including operating live broadcasts & creating social media content.
  • Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot multiple facets of our productions in our Las Vegas studio.
  • Support other aspects of our productions, including light video editing & design, as well as capturing in-game photos & videos for promotional material.
  • Collaborate with various team members to develop run of show documents, tech plans, asset lists, new creative concepts, and source talent for our events.

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Extensive knowledge of livestreaming software, most notably vMix, as well as OBS.
  • The ability to plan, prepare, & execute livestreamed gaming events.
  • Proven experience as a vMix Operator, preferably within a gaming environment.
  • Experience with studio upkeep & troubleshooting.
  • Ability to develop & maintain an ongoing production calendar.
  • Familiarity with developing content creation & identifying trends.
  • Passion and understanding for the gaming and creator community.
  • Familiarity with social gaming activities & esports events.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work with a team.
  • Flexible Schedule - Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or alternative time zones.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Technical proficiency with elements related to livestream software. (NDI, RTMP, SRT, Dante, and remote feeds.)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, etc)
  • Experience with content creation platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc)
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis, with the ability to extract meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills particularly related to broadcast software & hardware, and the ability to quickly assess & resolve.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite software

**Education:**

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience preferred
