The client is a technology managed services provider and product reseller. They offer a range of services, including IT solutions, hardware integration, and support services. They have partnerships with leading technology companies such as HP, IBM, Cisco, Dell, Apple, and Jamf Pro.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide good communication and hardware break-fix services.
  • Have field tech experience with client-facing and executive customer service skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1.5 years of desktop support experience is required.
  • Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site equipment.
  • Warranty Dell support.
  • Certification requirements: A+/Dell/Lenovo, nice to have Mac.
  • Traveling is required, sometimes longer distances involved, but mileage is compensated.
