Key Holders play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, meeting sales targets, and upholding merchandising standards in a dynamic retail setting. They report directly to the Store Team Leader and collaborate with other management members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a TPS Champion by exemplifying the G.U.E.S.T. service approach, consistently providing World Class Service.
  • Welcome every customer with warmth and enthusiasm.
  • Identify customer needs through open-ended inquiries.
  • Communicate product features and benefits effectively, aligning them with customer needs.
  • Propose additional items to enhance sales using effective selling techniques.
  • Express sincere gratitude to customers and encourage their return.

Key Holders also act as TPS Brand Ambassadors, fostering customer loyalty through friendliness, attentiveness, and respect. They inspire and motivate the team daily by providing positive feedback and utilizing recognition programs. Maintaining a positive work environment is essential, as is adhering to ethical behavior and confidentiality.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support all sales initiatives across various business channels to maximize company sales.
  • Accurately capture customer information at the POS.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and apply them correctly at the Point of Sale.
  • Make sound decisions in the best interest of customers and the store team.
  • Continuously train and coach associates on GUEST service behaviors and tasks.
  • Prepare incoming products for the sales floor following supervisor guidance.
  • Merchandise products according to company visual standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and operational standards.
  • Perform management functions, including store opening and closing, supervising the sales floor, and coordinating breaks.
  • Assist with other related tasks as directed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in specialty retail and leadership roles is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrated multitasking abilities while providing attentive customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and exhibit leadership qualities.
  • Capability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move medium to large items up to 50 lbs., using appropriate safety techniques.
