Job Overview
We are seeking a high-performance Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and teams, while also developing expertise in our stain products and applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and teams, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Develop and maintain expertise in our stain products and applications, including training and certification.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
