Your Responsibilities">

  • Develop and implement health education programs for participants.">
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality care and referrals.">
  • Develop and disseminate education materials, including demonstrations and exhibits.">
  • Ensure participant eligibility and accessibility of program benefits.">
Requirements">
  • ">
  • 2 years of experience in community nutrition or health services environment.">
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.">
  • Skilled in office equipment, software applications, and computer programs.">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition Science, Home Economics, or related field required.">
