Job Summary: The Behavioral Health Service Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting individuals and families in achieving their goals and aspirations. Responsibilities: Maintain a caseload of at least 75% individuals who experience intensive behavioral challenges. Provide consultation to IFS service coordination staff as requested by immediate supervisor or Director of Case Coordination. Engage in regular consultation with clinical team members in addition to regular supervision by direct IFS supervisor.

Requirements: Associate's Degree required. Two years' experience in human services, developmental services, special education, or a related field required.

Compensation and Benefits: $48,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. $1000 sign-on bonus, Paid Time Off, Insurance, Mileage Reimbursement, Paid Training.
