Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement product development strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering program management
  • Strong technical knowledge of product development processes and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
