Job Title: Senior Engineering Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering programs that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize engineering projects that align with our business strategy.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coach and mentor engineering teams to improve their skills and performance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering program management.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field may be preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
