About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Move-In Coordinator to join our team at Brightview Senior Living. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition for new residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Move-Ins: Work closely with residents, families, and community associates to ensure a smooth move-in process, including coordinating logistics and communicating with various stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families, responding to inquiries and conducting personal visits as needed.
  • Marketing Events: Participate in the planning and execution of marketing events to promote the Brightview brand and drive traffic to the community.
  • Collateral Materials: Prepare sales brochure packets and new resident move-in guides, and maintain collateral material supplies.
  • Lead Management: Maintain data in the Yardi lead base system, ensuring that information is updated timely and in detail.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and community operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of administrative or face-to-face customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as proficiency with Internet applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignments while maintaining accuracy and commitment to deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals and groups.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
