Facility Maintenance Specialist
As a Facility Maintenance Specialist, your primary role will involve managing and maintaining equipment, infrastructure, and building systems across various facilities. You will operate autonomously, ensuring optimal functionality and safety of all systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing HVAC systems and automation controls, including air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and lighting systems.
  • Collaborating with plumbers, electricians, and other maintenance personnel as required.
  • Maintaining comprehensive logs and documentation of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
  • Conducting assessments on boilers and cooling systems, followed by detailed reporting.
  • Reviewing and executing maintenance checklists, addressing any repairs as necessary.
  • Leading specific projects and assignments as needed.
  • Carrying out additional general maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in facility maintenance.
  • Possession of a valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Capability to climb ladders and lift objects weighing over 50 lbs.
  • Physical stamina and resilience to work in diverse environments.
  • Willingness to adapt to varying shift schedules and locations.
  • Successful completion of a security clearance process.
