Job Title: Account Executive IV - Financial Services

Vericast is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive IV - Financial Services to join our team. As a key member of our Major & Strategic Accounts sales team, you will be responsible for delivering digital & analog marketing, payments, deposit & loan acquisition, and other engagement solutions to our existing bank and credit union clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and manage multiple concurrent complex sales cycles with an average opportunity value of $250k - $500k.
  • Successfully manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities, deepening existing client relationships, and generating incremental business.
  • Prospect within your existing account territory to identify and qualify new opportunities, determine members of the buying group, lead discovery, and demonstrate solutions to prospective clients.
  • Consult with bank and credit union clients on business issues and marketing program design, understanding client needs, negotiating costs and services, and resolving sales or delivery issues.
  • Partner with Strategists & SMEs to develop insightful proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations and Delivery Teams to execute project specifications and deliver quality results to clients.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects, with expected travel of 50%.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required, with an advanced degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with demonstrated consistent over-performance.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing disciplines and recent solutions sales experience within a bank, credit union, fintech, SaaS, consulting, or other financial services-related company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and outside.
  • Ability and willingness to travel, with a strong understanding of the client's market and strategic needs to align and recommend the ideal solution.

  • A competitive base salary range of $115,000 - $130,000.
