Our venue hosts a diverse range of events throughout the year, including concerts, family entertainment, and collegiate basketball. A Guest Experience Attendant serves as an on-call, event-based employee responsible for providing direct support to guests during their time at the arena. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe environment and ensuring that all service requirements are met. Attendants may fulfill various roles as needed, including ushering, ticket scanning, suite assistance, golf cart operation, elevator assistance, wheelchair support, and security duties.
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $19.00.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all attendees.
- Welcome guests and verify tickets upon entry.
- Ensure compliance with venue policies regarding outside food and beverages, cameras, bags, and other regulations.
- Guide guests to their seats and provide directional assistance throughout the venue.
- Monitor guest behavior and offer assistance as needed.
- Contribute to a safe and secure environment at the arena.
- Report any hazardous conditions or equipment to supervisory personnel immediately.
- Assist with crowd management as required.
- Participate in emergency evacuation procedures by directing guests to exits.
- Monitor emergency exits and support guests with special needs.
- Adapt to various roles and locations based on event requirements.
- Distribute materials to guests as necessary during events.
- Adhere to all event protocols and safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Embody the arena's commitment to a GREAT customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Clear and concise communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively, maintaining flexibility in role.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
